6th Grade
Reading: Read for 1 hour - Reading Logs; Odyssey (4 checks & 1 hour) by Tuesday
Writing: Today we worked on constructing conclusions.  Students must have crafted at least 2 different conclusions and chosen one to write on separate paper to add to their draft. Students must have their complete draft (introduction, 3 paragraphs, and conclusion) by Monday. On Monday we will do peer editing/revising.  We will be having a Writing Celebration on Tuesday, and students need to have completed their Published Essays by this day.  Extra credit will be given for typing essays.
Math: We worked on figuring out the volume of a human body by approximating rectangular prisms. The homework is Math Boxes 5-11.
Social Studies: Complete 4 Government graphic organizer and filmstrip
Science: Energy Resources/Energy Forms Test Wednesday
Research Summary- task #3 due Wednesday, 4/30; task #5 due Monday
Grammar (Radcliff): None
Grammar (Wietholter):Grammar Test Monday covering 3.1 - 3.6

7th Grade
